Dear Mr. Smith,

I want to formally express my gratitude for the professional skill and efforts of your staff, following the death of my father, Kenneth Rogers. From my initial call, through the dignified removal of the body, my meeting and many calls with Miss Cynthia, culminating with the interment in the District of Columbia, your staff was kind, empathetic, encouraging and supportive. I feel very grateful for the devoted service of all members of the Bennie Smith staff. Each person who participated in the care, transportation and burial of my father was part of a wonderful team. Friday’s burial experience was beautiful and I feel grateful for the coordination of a very dignified interment.
Thank you,
Katie Rogers
