The Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 5 – $1000 High School Scholarship winners from New Castle County have been drawn, verified & notified of winning their scholarship; we are happy to announce those winners. Some photos have been provided by either their parents or high school institutions below. We will be holding a check presentation for each of the winners on Monday, October 28th at 4 pm, at the BSFH Office in Wilmington (located 741 South Broom St.). Winners will additionally be included at their High School Senior Awards celebrations at the end of the year.
